Drop the kids off at Rise Up for a supervised evening of pizza, movies, martial arts games, and pure fun. You enjoy your night — we'll handle the rest. Ages 5–12, members and non-members welcome.

Parents Night Out is open to ages 5–12. Younger and older siblings can sometimes join — just ask.
Do my kids need to be martial arts students?+
No. Parents Night Out is open to the whole South Jersey community, members or not.
What do the kids do?+
Pizza, games, a movie, and a fun martial arts mini-class. Drop off and go enjoy your night.
